143 Sheds Completed for Holiday Farm Fire Recovery
Sheds of Hope completes 143 sheds for Holiday Farm Fire survivors; a collaborative partnership between 74 community partners

In response to the Holiday Farm Fire, volunteers from 36 churches & community groups, 26 businesses, and 12 Lane County high schools built and gifted 143 8x8 sheds to people who lost their homes. Thirty-five percent of all property owners who lost their primary residence in the fire were served. Volunteers donated approximately 10,000 hours of volunteer hours and monetary value of more than $400,000 which includes monies given, donated materials and skilled labor.
Sheds of Hope was organized by One Hope and Living Water Family Fellowship.
The Vision
The first structure on someone's property. Their first new set of keys. A place to store tools. A shelter from the rain on work days.
Sheds are a first step on the journey to rebuilding.
Sheds will be distributed through community members from Blue River and Vida.
