Together Seek the Lord

COMMUNITY-WIDE WORSHIP

God’s people gather weekly to worship Jesus in many different church services. However, when Jesus-followers come together from every corner of our community, representing many different expressions and backgrounds, we see a greater expression of the Body of Christ! This is our joy when we come together for Community-Wide Worship & Prayer. In our unity, God commands his blessing and we see little glimpse of heaven.

We come together for Community-Wide Worship twice a year: in the spring and the fall. Pastors and leaders lead these gatherings, and a multi-church worship team leads the time of worship. We sing, we pray for our community, and celebrate the shared life and future we have in Christ!

thanksgiving worship

We kick-off the holiday season with thanksgiving and worship together annually at Community-Wide Thanksgiving Worship! Pastors and leaders from the area facilitate the night and share their heart and vision for joining together.  A multi-church worship team leads worship, and artists from the Pacific Rim Art Guild create visual representations of our prayers during the event. It's always a joyful expression of the diverse Body of Christ, and a glimpse of heaven on earth. What better way to begin the holiday season than with thanksgiving, worship, and prayer?

community-wide worship in may

For years, the month of May has been one full of prayer! From the Global Day of Prayer and the 10 Days of Prayer to May We Cry Out and Mountaintop Prayer, May’s been a good month to pray together! Our prayer focus shifted in May of 2015 when we launched One Church – One Day, the year-round prayer effort with Community-Wide Worship!

As 24/7 prayer happens through the unified prayer effort, it only seems right to come together once a year to celebrate God’s answers to our requests and ask for his grace to continue to pray together. One Church – One Day is now the theme of Community-Wide Worship in the spring, and Mountaintop Prayer is co-led by youth and youth pastors the day before on various buttes in our valley! May is still a good month to pray together!
