Begin or Renew
One Church - One Day

As we celebrate 10 years of churches praying together through One Church - One Day, we are renewing our hearts & strategy to pray for the next decade.

Key Components

1) Churches devoting one day a month to specifically seek the Lord through prayer together: personally, church, city & beyond. This could look like a monthly prayer meeting, encouraging families & groups to pray on this day, or continuing to provide sign-ups with prayer appointment times.

2) See the City Booklet: A 2-3 times a year booklet with prayer targets, issues affecting our cities, data, stories, visuals, and answers. Along with regular digital prayer updates.

3) Increased Communication: Channels for churches, community leaders & individuals to share answers to prayer, resources, etc.

One Key Action Step

We are clearing the calendar! You're welcome to stay on your current prayer day, but we are asking you to confirm your date or let us know if you want to change your day.

  • “At the pastors’ prayer summits on the Oregon coast, I met pastors who have been praying for years for the coming together of Christians and churches in our community - all for the sake of the Gospel. My participation in One Hope has enabled me to experience some of God’s amazing answers to those prayers firsthand. Thank you One Hope.”

Believers at Work

Invite Workplace Leaders to Connect

Most people spend 71% of their time in the workplace, and 95% more of their time at work than at church. Here’s a reality: If you are going to connect with another believer at work, it will likely be with someone from another church.

To maximize the Church’s impact in the workplace, a team of local workplace leaders have been praying and working to create a network for believers in the workplace.

Our mission is to inspire, encourage, and facilitate Christians in the workplace to join together with others to live out their faith and calling at work and in our city.

We engage people to:

  • Strengthen the faith of believers in the workplace

  • Build authentic relationships with other Christians in the workplace

  • Expand vision of what it means to live out faith and calling in the workplace and our city
