Students launching United Youth Clubs this fall!

Worship & Prayer Events

Student-Led Jesus Clubs at Public Schools

We have an incredible opportunity to see youth equipped to reach their school campuses together.

We’re teaming up with youth pastors to equip and support a cohort of students to lead Gospel clubs at 8 local public schools.

Because of the momentum from United Youth Worship, we have been pledged a matching grant of $17,000!

Why

Our youth groups are filled with students who attend schools across Lane County. At every school, students from many different churches are represented. Going to school as a Christian can feel isolating until students discover they are not alone.

We’ve seen the encouragement that comes to our students when they discover other Christians at their schools. It happens every time we gather for United Youth Worship & Prayer events.

What

➤  Students uniting on school campuses to be strengthened & share Jesus through lunch clubs.

➤  A cohort of student leaders of lunch clubs from schools and churches across Lane County learning together, encouraging one another, and sharing testimonies.

➤  Youth pastors uniting to train and equip student leaders.

➤  This is Jesus’ prayer in John 17- that Jesus' followers would be one so the world would know - happening on school campuses in the next generation.

Because of this growing momentum, we have been pledged a matching grant of $17,000!

Will you join us in equipping the next generation and help raise the additional $17,000 needed to unlock these matching funds?

We believe this is the beginning of a new chapter.
Will you help equip students to write it?

We’re launching the first cohort of student leaders this summer!

United Youth Clubs FAQs

  • One Hope is facilitating a team of youth pastors to shape the training, nominate student leaders, and coach clubs.

  • Student leaders will name and shape each club. Clubs will involve food, fun, a student testimony or encouragement from the word of God and an opportunity for prayer.

  • Only students are allowed to lead clubs on school campuses during school lunch hours.

Campus Life and Young Life staff will be vital friends and partners on campus.

  • Funds will be used to develop training materials, host a training intensive, and monthly cohort gatherings. The grant provides food and marketing for clubs, and finances for students to dream about outreach events. It also supports the cost of the necessary work of collaboration.

  • Stay tuned! We will share club information when they are launched. Email kaylee@onehopenetwork.org if you are a youth pastor or student interested in participating in the training and cohort.

  • Youth pastors can focus on coaching one school’s clubs, while knowing they can send students who attend other schools to similar clubs!

Students who participate in the leadership cohort will gain equipping that will strengthen their youth group as well.
