Pastors & Leaders

Responding to Jesus’ call to be One

Jesus prayed that His followers would be “one,” loving one another as He loved us, “so that the world would know.” This is our call as leaders who follow Jesus. The primary purpose of One Hope is to create opportunities for this to happen.

Pastors and ministry leaders, I invite you connect in relationship with other pastors and leaders. That’s the first step. Next, consider how to engage your church in the collaborative works God has given us.

Steve Buss, One Hope Executive Director

1) Connect with Fellow Pastors & Leaders

Monthly Gathering
for pastors & leaders

Every month, 60-80 pastors and ministry leaders gather to worship, pray for one another across denominational lines, and pray for our community!

Annual Prayer Summit
for pastors & leaders

Once a year, pastors and ministry leaders retreat to Cannon Beach for three days of refreshing, worship and prayer. Deep friendship and trust grows here.

2) Engage Your Church

The initiatives below have been discerned and agreed upon by variety of senior leaders in our community. Every church doesn’t do everything, but churches partner in the ways that work for them. These are so valuable, because they are the ways we can impact our community, that no church could do alone. We offer these opportunities to engage your church in widespread outreach for collective impact.
