Springfield Schools Covid-19 Response

Springfield School District created a short term Rapid Access Network (RAN).  The district requests each church only appoint one point person as the contact. 

Springfield Families are invited to email the District with any questions. Some of those questions will be about basic personal needs. Churches can help with this.

Churches can sign up to be on the Rapid Access Network (RAN). You can select the areas you want to provide support (transportation, personal hygiene, food, deliveries etc).

When family requests come in, Springfield will send appropriate churches the contact information and need. Then that church can meet the family’s need.

Please Fill out the RAN: Select the areas you are willing to support, a contact person and their contact information.
If a church is already signed up for a need, your church can still sign up on the next column.

LETTER FROM SPRINGFIELD PUBLIC SCHOOLS: 

Thank you so much for all you do to support the families in our schools. We have an area that we could really use your help.

We are creating an email address where families can ask us any questions they have. We know that some of the questions people have We are hoping this is where you can help us. 

We are creating a platform (RAN) where your church could sign up for an area that you might want to provide support. This could be transportation, personal hygiene, food, deliveries etc. 

When we have requests from families, we will send them to you with the families contact information. Then you can help to meet their need. 

What we would need from you is the areas you were willing to assist and a contact person, their phone number and email. We could then help with any next steps regarding the set up. I want to say how thankful we are to have such a wonderful faith community who steps up to help families in need. We could not do this without your support.
