Pastors’ and Ministry Leaders’ Prayer Summit

For over 20 years, pastors and ministry leaders have gathered together in Cannon Beach for a rich time to seek the Lord for one another, their ministries, and our community. Pastors and ministry leaders continue to gather together throughout the year at One Hope’s monthly leader prayer gatherings.

Outreach Ministry Fair

In March, One Hope launched this first-time community event designed for ministries to meet each other and to highlight outreach efforts within local churches and ministries. Over 50 church and outreach ministries came to NCU to meet and share wisdom, ideas, and collaboration.

Spring Break Youth Outreach -
Mission Trip to Our Community
During spring break, four youth groups came together at Camp Harlow to “test run” a new One Hope mission trip to Eugene. Over 90 youth were sent out onto the streets to share the good news, pray and volunteer at ministries around the Eugene and Springfield area.

MAY We Cry Out including Prayer From High Places

One Hope called churches and their people to set aside 21-days in May to pray and seek God for our community. It ended with Prayer from High Places when we ascended three mountains surrounding Eugene for a time of corporate prayer and worship for our community.

Celebration of Nations on the Global Day of Prayer

To honor the Global Day of Prayer, international churches in our community joined together for a worship service at the U of O. Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Hispanic, and African brothers and sisters led the worship and prayer times in many languages.

Project Hope Back-To-School Outreach

One weekend in August, churches served 32 local schools by painting, landscaping and getting the school facilities ready for the school year. Then on Sunday churches and ministries joined together and held a Kids Fair Giveaway in the Autzen Stadium parking lot. Brand new shoes, backpacks, socks, school supplies,

haircuts and food were given away that day and an estimated 10,000 people were in attendance. Over 1200 volunteers from 56 churches and ministries served each day!

One Hope Video Minute

Beginning October, 2010, One Hope launched a weekly one-minute video featuring local pastors and leaders communicating the central themes of Scripture. Check them out at: www.youtube.com/user/onehopeminute

Community Thanksgiving Worship
& Meal Outreach

An annual community event that joins area pastors and churches to begin the holiday season in thanksgiving and worship. Adjoining this event, 1,000 Thanksgiving meals are assembled and delivered by our churches to families in our community.

Youth Leader Brown Bag Lunch

Youth leaders collaborate monthly to develop initiatives among the youth and youth groups of our community. This group developed the Mission Trip Eugene and Campus Awakening, a quarterly community-wide youth worship and prayer night.

Pastors’ and Ministry Leaders’
Monthly Prayer Meeting

For over ten years, pastors and ministry leaders from many denominations in our community have gathered together to worship and pray. Wonderful relationships continue to develop as they pray for each other, their ministries, and this community.

Gatherings are held on the third Thursday of each month from 8:30-10:00 a.m. (no meeting in August and in December we meet on the second Thursday)
